Compliance with laws, corporate policies, procedures, and ethical principles is an essential prerequisite for the sustainable success of TDK.

The TDK Code of Conduct sets the standards for compliance with all laws and regulations that must be observed by all TDK companies, their managing directors, senior executives, and employees.

As a globally operating group, TDK is exposed to a variety of compliance risks. For TDK, it is a central task to reduce these compliance risks, particularly through preventive actions, risk prevention, training and education, good documentation and control, as well as continuous process improvement. The compliance management program also includes audits and the sanctioning and prosecution of compliance violations.
