Micronas to publish nine-month interim report 2015
Zurich, January 26, 2016 – Having announced TDK’s takeover offer on December 17, 2015, Micronas is obliged to prepare and publish an up-to-date interim report dated no more than six months prior to the end of the offer period (February 10, 2016). A detailed interim report has therefore been prepared to supplement the press release already published on October 22, 2015, which contained consolidated key figures on the third quarter and first nine months of 2015. This new nine-month interim report follows the same accounting principles used for the Company’s full-year and half-year reports.
The Board of Directors and Management of Micronas confirm the statements and comments made in the press release dated October 22, 2015. The consolidated key figures published in the October press release are repeated in the interim report.

As communicated on December 17, 2015, the Company's earnings release for financial year 2015, originally scheduled for February 25, 2016, and the 2016 ordinary Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for March 30, 2016 will be postponed until the settlement of the offer. Further details will be announced in due course. In addition, Micronas has decided not to publish a press release on its key figures for the first quarter of 2016.
