Mr. Moshe Lichtman has resigned for personal reasons from the Board of Directors of Micronas Semiconductor Holding AG as of the date of the Shareholders' Meeting of March 6, 2009. The Board of Directors and Management would like to thank Mr. Lichtman for his services rendered during the last years and wish him all the best for the future.
