Having received the approval of the relevant anti-trust authorities, Micronas Holding GmbH, Freiburg im Br., has completed its acquisition of the "Image and Video" division of Infineon Technologies AG, Munich. The new business unit will be consolidated into the Micronas Group with effect from 1 October 2000.
